On a cold start the tachometer functions as normal, but once the car warms up, the needle pins at 0, every now and then it'll jump a bit intermittently. Voltage at Pin 7 at the ECU when this happens is 0.2ish. Also, not sure if related, but the airbag light is constantly on. No error codes at ECU. I cut out the PTU subharness and replaced with brand new connectors, didn't help. Cleaned the CAS connector and nothing. Why would this be happening only when the car is warm?
